Orders and shipping

How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Some made-to-order and print-on-demand items take longer and ship separately. You'll get a tracking email when your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $50 or more ship free within the United States.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready at our Racine shop.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many countries. Shipping options and rates appear at checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Personal care, food, custom items, sale items, and gift cards can't be returned. See our refund policy for details.

Digital downloads

How do I get my digital download?
Your download link is emailed right after checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it. Digital products are final sale. If you have trouble with a file, contact us and we'll make it right.

Gift cards

Do gift cards expire?
No. Gift cards never expire and can be used online or in the shop.

Events

Where can I find upcoming events?
All workshops, classes, and community events are on What's Happening. Event tickets are final sale but can be transferred to another guest.
