This website is operated by COHÉSION Collective, a multi-vendor retail boutique owned and operated by Stacia Thompson Impact Collective LLC, located at 2224 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 107, Racine, Wisconsin 53404. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to COHÉSION Collective and to Stacia Thompson Impact Collective LLC.

Pause Shop is the book, journal and digital product line of Stacia Thompson Impact Collective LLC and is sold through COHÉSION Collective. This website may be reached at pauseshop.staciathompson.com. References to our store, our site or the Service include both names.

COHÉSION Collective offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

COHÉSION Collective is a multi-vendor retail boutique. Certain products sold through this website are made, supplied or fulfilled by independent third-party makers and vendors who sell through our store and our physical location inside the Maltworks Building in Racine, Wisconsin. We make reasonable efforts to describe these products accurately, but formulations, ingredients, scents, packaging and availability are set by the individual vendor and may change without notice.

Certain products are available exclusively online or exclusively in store. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to availability. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Handmade and Personal Care Products

Many items sold by COHÉSION Collective are handmade in small batches. Slight variation in color, scent, texture, weight and finish is normal and is not a defect.

Bath, body, skincare and personal care products sold through our store, including those made by our independent vendors, are cosmetic products. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about these products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Always review the ingredient list before use, patch test new products, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Herbal preparations, tinctures and supplements sold through our store are offered for general wellness purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.

5. Digital Products and Downloads

Certain products sold by COHÉSION Collective, including journals, planners, printables, card decks and other digital files, are delivered electronically by email or download link after purchase.

Digital products are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the file for your own personal or single-household use. You may print copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense or claim authorship of any digital product, in whole or in part, and you may not use any digital product for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange, except where required by applicable law. If you have trouble accessing or downloading a file, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Events, Workshops and Tickets

Tickets to events, workshops, retreats and experiences hosted or sold by COHÉSION Collective are subject to the specific terms listed on the product page for that event, including date, time, location, age requirements and capacity.

Unless the event listing states otherwise, event tickets are final sale and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee by contacting us in advance with the new attendee name. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer of your ticket to the rescheduled date.

Attendees are responsible for their own safety and for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities or accommodations needed in advance. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for our promotional use unless you notify us in writing before the event.

7. Pricing, Orders and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Applicable Wisconsin sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout.

8. Shipping, Pickup and Returns

Orders are shipped or made available for local pickup at our Racine location as described at checkout. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at COHÉSION Collective and do not expire. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

10. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

11. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools as is and as available, without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of those sites and do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.
